3:35 p.m.               Building the future, faster: How CoLab Software is

digitizing the management of subsea projects

Taylor Young, Business Development Lead, CoLab Software

Decentralized internal tools (such as spreadsheets, slideshows and PDFs) – often used to manage collaboration between operators, EPCs and regulators – are two of the main reasons for increased costs, OEM-supplier challenges and production errors.  Streamlining these processes can cut project management costs by 25 per cent and reduce the number of change orders by up to 50 per cent.  In this presentation, Taylor Young will explain how CoLab’s platform, called Gradient, empowers engineering teams to streamline the design review process, simplify program management and resolve issues faster, as well as how their roadmap for future advancements in digitizing subsea management will allow seamless collaboration across the entire project lifecycle.
