Carman H. Mullins
President, ExxonMobil Canada Ltd.
Carman H. Mullins was appointed president of ExxonMobil Canada Ltd. (EMC) in January 2017. She is responsible for the company’s upstream interests in Canada, including the Hebron, Hibernia and Sable Offshore Energy Projects and EMC’s interest in exploration and production activities in Western Canada and exploration licenses offshore Newfoundland and Labrador.
Ms. Mullins began her career in 1996 with Exxon in New Orleans as a facility engineer. Over the next eleven years, she held progressively senior technical, supervisory and planning roles in various assignments in the United States. In 2009 she was appointed safety & operations integrity manager where she was responsible for personnel and process safety, risk, and emergency preparedness for ExxonMobil Production.
In 2010, Ms. Mullins moved to Canada where she served as surface engineering technical manager and then Horn River project manager for Imperial Oil Resources. She moved to Malaysia in 2013 to assume duties with ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia Inc., first as general manager of surface technical, then as senior general manager.
Ms. Mullins attended Mississippi State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering.
